Polishing for Brass and Stainless Steel

Depending on your required application, we can prepare and polish most materials.

Aluminium Polishing for Anodising

We can offer polishing and buffing services to a mirror finish for most components. The shine is effected by anodising and depends on factors such as the thickness of the layer, type of material and quality of polish conducted.

Anodising replicates the surface finish that is present prior to being anodised. It is for this reason that you need to have the surface of the aluminium in the condition that you want the final product to be. There are some variations to this. One main contributing factor is the aluminium grade. Each grade behaves differently to polishing and some even when polished still remain matte. Please refer to the "Aluminium Grades" page for further information.

Please feel free to contact one of our managers for further information.

Chemical Polishing

At this stage, chemical polishing is not available. We do however, have plans for it in the future.

Please feel free to contact one of our managers for further information.

Bead Blasting

We can offer bead blasting a number of different media.

Glass silica bead, Garnet and stainless shot.

Each media produces a different texture. A majority of the applications are for the glass bead for an even matte finish. Please contact our technical support to discuss your finished requirements.

For corroded or damaged tubes, we can offer a full reface of billet motorbike fork outer tubes.

As a standard, we polish all tubes that are anodised at no additional charge.
